5 beauty must haves!

Hi guys I’m sorry i haven’t blogged in so long I don’t even know where time flies lol.

For this blogpost I am collaborating with the wonderful Emily 🙂  She is so sweet. We’re doing our beauty and fashion must haves! On my blog I am doing the beauty must haves and on hers she is doing the fashion must haves so make sure you go check out her blog and follow her :).

Now I have a lot of beauty essentials but I had to scrutinise my list down to my top 5 beauty products that are absolute essentials!

1.My first beauty esssential that I turned to without any doubt to was mascara.Now personally I don’t wear a lot of makeup especially not regularly but I rarely leave the house without mascara.I don’t know theres just something about having long curled lashes that really makes  you look  good and for school it makes it seem like I’m actually awake and not dying of dire need for sleep lol!

Pictured are my favourite mascaras- I like to curl my lashes then use a combination of mascaras to get the perfect lashes! I like to use the Maybeline colossal go extreme mascara for volume and then usually either the Benefit They’re real or the NYC sky rise mascara to really lengthen them.

 

 

2.Sticking to eyes my next beauty must have has to be eyeliner ;now believe me I know the struggle to achieve perfect winged liner; but once you have it,it  looks amazing.Eyeliner is perfect for those times you really can’t be bothered to do proper makeup but still want to look like you’ve made an effort as it really does look stunning. My favourite is the Bobbi Brown gel eye liner as it’s perfect for giving so many flawless looks-with the gel eye liner you can go for thick winged liner or just a thin line.Alternatively,I also like the L’Oreal and Rimmel glam eyes eyeliner for more of a thinner  and precise line.

3. My next favourite has to be bronzer– now this maybe a weird must have but bronzer has so many uses just to give your skin a more tanned look,to contour or to really glam up your cheekbones,bronzer is perfect.I think the Bourjois Délice de Soleil Bronzing Powder  is more of a shimmery bronzer whereas the Bobbi Brown bronzer is less shimmery and more matte.But I would totally recommend both.

4.My next beauty essential has to be liquid lipsticks.I really like how they are not as matte as normal lipsticks and don’t feel as dry on the lips.I like liquid lipsticks because they’re long lasting and usually really pigmented ;what more could you possibly want?

Recently I’ve been absolutely loving the Bourjouis rouge edition liquid lipstick This colour is a really pretty and pigmented pink which looks so stunning on the lips.

 

5.Now some might not even classify this as a beauty must have and more of a hair must have but I couldn’t not mention it! The tangle teezer range is BEYOND AMAZING.I cant justify how amazing these hair brushes are and I really can’t recommend them more.I have very long hair and it was always tangled; the frustration of wanting long hair but not being able to maintain it was driving me crazy but their brushes really helped ease out the knots without any pain.I really don’t know where I would be without these!
